About Katherine
My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your intuition, make sense of your personal history, and identify your core values, so that you can build a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you’re free to explore your innermost thoughts, reflect openly, and begin to see yourself in new ways.
My approach is person-centered, grounded in a deep respect for each individual’s journey. I draw from several approaches including existentialism, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, somatic, and mindfulness. My style is strengths based, helping you identify and build on the strengths you already possess.
