About Kari

Perhaps you're a student, in a helping profession, a seasoned professional, a parent, an academic, or a creative person navigating change and looking for growth and finding your own definition of success. 

I am here to support you in the process of what you're navigating, to hold space for all parts of you with curiosity, warmth, and empathy. I believe that you hold within you the wisdom and capacity for personal agency, healing, and growth. At Just This Counseling, we will work together to help you discover, or rediscover, grounding and presence. It is from this empowered space that you can begin to explore and process past experiences, trauma, and the stories and patterns you have been living from in order to discover healing and move forward with hope.
