If a relationship has reached a crisis point, you may be searching for some guidance to turn it around. I enjoy helping couples and families understand each other better and deepen communication. As an individual, do you wonder why you feel stuck in the same endless loop of reactions? Do you find yourself triggered by certain situations you would like to get past? Do you believe that you are not living up to potential you know you have? You can learn new ways to deal with situations.
I can help you address feelings of emotional distance, trust issues, disputes over how finances are handled, parenting issues, infidelity, power and control issues, betrayal, work through existential crisis, and other common stuck points for couples and families. Together we can explore and develop a plan for you to live a life more aligned with who you are now.
If you feel hurt, confused, angry, or frightened, it's time. I work with individual and collective beliefs, to help clients explore how they are manifesting these beliefs into their lives. It takes courage to reach out and ask for help. Doing that is the first step toward a happier, more rewarding, life.
