I work with perinatal clients, young adults, athletes and former athletes, and people navigating reproductive and life transitions. Maybe you’re adjusting to an injury or life beyond sport, becoming a parent, processing pregnancy loss, looking for all-options pregnancy support, or feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure what comes next. Whatever brings you here, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and build a path forward that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.
I'm passionate about perinatal mental health, reproductive health, and supporting folks through injury, identity shifts, and changing relationships with movement. My background in sexual health education, reproductive advocacy, and full-spectrum doula work shapes my relational, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, grounded in reproductive justice.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. You don’t need to have it all figured out or know exactly what you need before reaching out. Bring the messy, complicated, very human parts of life and we’ll figure out the rest together.
