I have over 20 years of experience helping people find clarity, understanding and healing during difficult times. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and empathetic approach that allows us to work together towards your wellness . I want to help you with what it is that has brought you to the place where you feel therapy will be of benefit. I believe you are the only expert on yourself and your life; therefore I tailor therapy toward each unique couple or person. I incorporate concepts of the Gottman method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) and Relationship Life Therapy.
