I believe therapy to be a personal journey of exploration that leads to changes in your perspectives, experiences, and choices. And while some of these changes may come swift and effortless, others will prove themselves to be more slow and deliberate. Either way, we can navigate them together. My therapeutic style is an eclectic mix of Humanistic, Client-Centered, and Bowenian Family Therapy, adapting my methods to fit my client’s unique needs. Incorporating mindfulness, clients are gently encouraged to awaken their full self, shedding limiting beliefs and reframing narratives.
