Hi, I'm Hannah Strong (she/her), I'm a Clinical Social Work Associate providing in person appointments in Portland, Oregon and teletherapy throughout Oregon, and I'm very glad you made it here. As a therapist, I believe that my role is to provide a space for hope and growth, so that you can move through the world in a way that feels more authentic and in-line with your spirit and values. I work with adults & minors, integrating holistic practices, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we co-create a space to learn, enhance self-efficacy, and practice embodiment exercises. Our sessions may include forms of movement or crafting if they suit your needs and preferences. I particularly enjoy focusing on identifying deeply ingrained patterns of behavior and exploring childhood experiences. I value incorporating laughter, celebration, and community-building, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for your journey.
