Michele Yurgin, MA, LPC, LMHC, NCC (she/her/they/them) Michele is a trauma-informed therapist serving clients in Oregon and Washington, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. A Navy and OEF veteran, she brings a depth of lived experience alongside professional work across residential, crisis, community mental health, and private practice settings.
Her approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative—supporting clients in creating meaningful, lasting change. Michele is body positive, sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and kink/poly-affirming, and she values creating a space where all identities and experiences are respected.
She specializes in trauma, moral injury, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-worth, religious trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Her work integrates Relational Cultural Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative approaches.
