Mental health is a lifelong journey - I like to work with clients in order to identify barriers and obstacles in the way of them feeling like their ideal self and then work together to discover and identify strategies and tools in order to move past such barriers, often drawing on already present strengths. I have a clinical background spanning across age groups, constellation of clients (individual, couples, family), and therapeutic focuses. I have been described as trauma-informed and passionate about helping clients heal and move through challenges and onto more of what they ideally see and want from their future.
