When keeping everything together leaves little room for yourself, counseling offers space to pause and reconsider what you need. I’m Dr. Amy O’Hana, and I help people navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, demanding careers and life transitions. I welcome working professionals, including therapists, health care professionals and first responders who spend much of their lives caring for others. I bring 25 years of counseling experience, warmth, honest conversation and practical support, with the belief that success should include a life you enjoy living. Appointments are available in Bend and via telehealth in Oregon.
