I help men caught in cycles of compulsive sexual behavior and porn use break free from shame so they can rebuild trust with themselves and the people who matter most.

You know the drill. You commit to stopping. You mean it. For a while it works. And then something happens -- stress, a fight, a bad week -- and you're right back where you started, except now there's more shame on top of it.

The behavior isn't the whole story. Underneath it is almost always something older -- something that's never had a name or a witness. That's where the real work happens.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor with 16 years of experience working with men on compulsive sexual behavior, trauma, and codependency. I'm also in long-term recovery myself. I'm not going to pathologize your life or hand you a workbook and call it treatment. We go deep, we go after the root, and we build something that actually holds.
