About Corvallis

I have been a licensed counselor since 1998. Areas of experience include working with children, adolescents and adults focusing on rebuilding and/or developing the ability to navigate life's challenges. I believe that all human beings are spiritual, biological and emotional and that healing comes from balancing these aspects of self. I use traditional talk therapies such as Contextual Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have pursued certification programs in Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programing, Professional Life Coaching and Neurobiofeedback as well as other continuing education courses required by NBCC and Oregon.
