About Brian

In these cases, I draw on my specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) to help clients move beyond what happened to them and begin to see themselves not as what they’ve endured, but as who they truly are — valuable, resilient, and capable of healing. I believe experience shapes a person into who they are, making every individual extraordinarily unique. Unfortunately, this concept can get lost in comparison, jealousy, resentment, loneliness, and self-hatred — emotions that devalue our individual identities and distance us from our sense of worth. My goal in therapy is to help clients rediscover and embrace their inherent value. I do this through a combination of motivational interviewing, existential thought, and cognitive behavioral interventions, guiding each person toward self-understanding and empowerment.
