I am a compassionate and dedicated clinician who practices from a humanistic, trauma-centered perspective. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and that healing begins with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and deepen your self-understanding.
My work focuses on walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. I view growth as something that emerges through connection, reflection, and access to new insights. Together, we’ll make meaning of your experiences while helping you reconnect with your internal strengths and sense of direction.
I draw from a strong foundation of evidence-based practices, incorporating approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and parts work. I take a flexible, client-centered approach, tailoring our work to best fit your unique needs and goals.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey. As an addictions therapist, I also work with individuals in substance use and recovery, offering compassionate, nonjudgmental support that honors both the challenges and resilience involved in change.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect, and empowerment.
