If you're neurodivergent and/or have trauma, you may have realized that the typically recommended anxiety and depression management skills just don't work very well! This can be frustrating, make you feel misunderstood, and get in the way of your progress. I promise not to recommend journaling or other basic skills that aren't helpful.
I'm here to share tools that are actually helpful. I'm a Certified ASD Clinical Specialist, Certified ADHD Professional, and I am trained in EMDR. I have 8+ years of experience working in a wide variety of settings. I pull from many different approaches and tailor our sessions to what works best for you!
