Shame, self-doubt, and insecurity can leave you feeling small, isolated, and disconnected from the people around you. Even with plenty of self-awareness, you might still struggle with low self-worth and find it hard to feel secure in your relationships.
You are here because you are ready to unlearn shame and build a more authentic connection to who you are. You want to feel more skilled at processing big emotions like anger, grief, and sadness.
Many of my clients are tender-hearted people struggling with old survival patterns that keep them stuck. You might be looking for a therapist who is kind and compassionate, but also grounded and direct. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel fully accepted, while also being challenged to get to the roots of what is keeping you stuck.
I welcome you to show up as your full messy, authentic, and vulnerable self so that, eventually, you can feel comfortable being more of your real self in the rest of your life. You are the expert on your life. My role is to guide you and help you get deeply curious about yourself in ways you never have before. Reach out to schedule a free consult today.
