Whether you are struggling with depression or anxiety or maybe struggling with a relationship, I am here to walk through and provide guidance as we are able to gain new perspectives! Together we will practice mindfulness and identify the strength you already have inside of you. It can be overwhelming and difficult to reach out for help which is why I believe counseling should be a safe space that provides a place for growth and exploration.
