What we do for Oregon programs

• COA and OHA licensing. We prepare Certificate of Approval applications for outpatient mental health and SUD programs under OAR 309-008, write the policy manual against the OAR 309-019 service rules, run a mock review, and answer any findings with a corrective action plan. • Medical billing and revenue cycle. Our billing team works outpatient, IOP, PHP, MAT, residential, and detox claims for OHP, Medicare, and commercial payers, from benefits checks and authorizations through denials, appeals, and payment posting. • Accreditation and compliance. We prepare programs for CARF and Joint Commission surveys with gap analysis, policy work, mock surveys, and corrective action plans. • Opening or expanding a program.
