I help teens and adults make sense of their struggles, understand patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and find ways to move through life with greater confidence, self-compassion, and balance. With nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in eating disorders and negative body image, anxiety, ADHD, parenting stress, adolescence, life transitions and cultural identity.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and curious. Therapy is a place where you can slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and make room for the parts of yourself that feel anxious, uncertain, or overwhelmed. Together, we'll work toward understanding yourself more deeply, navigating challenges in ways that feel right for you, and making choices that align with your values.
I practice from a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and social justice perspective. I recognize that our experiences are shaped by our bodies, relationships, identities, culture, and the expectations and systems around us. You don't have to fit someone else's definition of healthy, successful, or enough to deserve care and respect.
You deserve to be seen as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed. If you're ready to better understand yourself and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling, I'm here to help.
I offer in-person counseling in Beaverton /SW Portland and virtual therapy throughout Oregon.
