In a time when so many people feel uncertain about what comes next, joy and connection matter more than ever. My role is to offer support, presence, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No matter how you identify or what challenges you’re facing, I meet my clients with authenticity, curiosity, and zero judgment. I work from a depth-oriented lens, helping you understand not just what’s happening, but why, and how to create lasting change.

 

I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. I’m also passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and the unique experiences within that community.
