About This Practice
Welcome :) Currently, my practice consists of a solo practitioner (me!). I specialize in working with adopted persons as well as individuals struggling with self-esteem and trauma. I am neurodiversity affirming and rooted in decolonizing my practice. I love learning about the brain and walking alongside clients as they uncover their most authentic selves.
