It’s layered, personal, and often daunting—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I created this space to offer trauma-informed care rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience. Growing up around substance use and domestic violence shaped my understanding of what it means to grow up fast, to feel unseen, and to crave safety and clarity. Whole Soul Therapy was created for those who had to grow up too soon.
