As a therapist who solely works with women, I am keenly aware of the unique needs that evolve during each phase of our lives. I realize that as we encounter our own personal ups and downs that our emotions, family, work, finances, relationships, activities, and goals often feel the effects as well. Truly being listened to by another person is precious and often uncommon. When it happens, we feel its power through understanding and respect. Once this takes place, amazing things happen: authentic communication, freedom from negative thoughts, healing, contentment, courage, and strategies for growth.
