Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Many adults appear to manage life well on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected. With more than 15 years of combined social and clinical service experience, I use empathy, versatility, and practical therapeutic skills to support adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, educated, empowered, and better equipped for life’s challenges.
My approach is relationship-centered and eclectic yet rooted in theoretical frameworks. I am guided by the principle "adaptability to the needs of the moment," acknowledging that each day is different, and every person is unique. In collaboration with adults, I explore areas of concern to encourage personal change and growth.
Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and healthier life through psychotherapy requires courage. Remember, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." You've already taken that initial step, so you've got this! I am here to support you throughout this process.
