Working with me may feel a little different from other providers; I tend to involve play, movement, nature, and creativity. I specialize in treating kids and teenagers of all ages, couples, and family groups. My work with kids and teens centers around play therapy, including art and other expressive interventions. With couples, my work focuses on emotion-focused therapy and feminist theories.
As a trauma-informed child and family therapist, it is my hope that our time together provides greater love, acceptance, comfort, and hope. My clinical specialties are trauma (including religious trauma), OCD, family stress, and LGBTQ+ relationships.
