I help adults who are experiencing challenges related to difficult or painful feelings, anxiety & stress, depression, grief & loss, difficult relationships, and major life transitions. Using an integrated, evidence-based approach, I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals and understand that therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work will be collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-life change. You’ll have space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, while also gaining insights and tools that are practical and useful in your daily life. My goal is to help you feel more clear & steady, more resilient and more like yourself again.

I also specialize in working with adult ADHD. This brain is constantly 'on' and can leave you feeling chronically scattered, exhausted, overwhelmed and often misunderstood. Together we’ll build practical tools and strategies to reduce the challenges that ADHD can present, with the goal of helping you feel more focused, capable and confident - in your daily life, in your relationships and within yourself.
