About Tamera

An ideal client is age 13 through adulthood and is one who is wanting to put in the work to get healthier. I want to help those I work with learn to cope with any challenges they are facing. I want to help you learn and build upon the healthy skills you already have. By working together, I can provide a new perspective and knowledge on mental health and well-being. My techniques are focused on brain-based interventions using Humanistic Theories such as Somatic Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I want to empower you to become a happier and healthier self!
