I help those searching for a creative solution to life's challenges, who are open to or seeking somatic and process-based therapy, in addition to talk therapy. I enjoy working with people from all kinds of backgrounds. I wish for you to feel accepted, understood and supported in pursuit of self-discovery, learning and insight. I complete regular, ongoing training to offer best practice in trauma assessment and treatment, esp. CPTSD. I can also help in identifying and exploring possible ADHD and Autism Spectrum symptoms, coping with chronic illness, disordered eating, life transitions, and/or issues related to personal identity.
