About Mindy

I use trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction. Managing the increased stresses of current times often outstrips the coping skills we have developed leaving people overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. I help my clients develop an understanding of themselves, their thoughts and feelings along side past experiences to build skills and resiliency for a future with better mood and less worry. Having a trusted and competent helper to support you through the process is a key to using counseling successfully. Together we will work on setting goals that are meaningful to you and make treatment plan together. I am accepting new clients for telehealth appointments between 9 am and 2pm
