I’m a bicultural, Spanish-speaking counselor who strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I believe healing happens in safe relationships, and that we have the capacity to turn wounds into wisdom. I work from a relational and eclectic approach, integrating psychoanalytic therapy with therapeutic yoga and mind–body practices.
