Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right person to work with matters. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, explore what you're experiencing, and develop tools that help you move forward. I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" you. It's about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.
My approach draws on several modalities, including Humanistic/Existential Therapy, which emphasizes your personal growth, your unique experience, and your search for meaning or contentment. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and DBT to provide an evidence-based approach that can provide relief for a variety of psychological concerns.
I became a therapist because I believe we can all find greater clarity and peace when we have the support, time, and space to explore and reflect on our existence. My goal is to make space for you to explore where you've come from, where you are, where you're going, and to collaborate with you to create a fulfilling, meaningful existence.
