I offer a warm, supportive space grounded in relational somatic therapy and EMDR, both body-centered approaches that help you process pain and reconnect with yourself. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or stuck in self-criticism, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Maybe you’re carrying old wounds or navigating anxiety or burnout, and you're longing to feel more at ease, more connected, more like yourself. You might not know exactly what healing looks like yet, but you know something needs to shift. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can gently explore what’s hurting and discover what helps you feel whole.
