Life tends to hand us some unexpected challenges that can catch us off guard, or even knock us off our feet. Grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relational hurts rob us of our peace, leave us feeling anxious, unable to make progress, and can challenge our core identity. I have extensive experience helping people through a wide range of challenges and struggles throughout my twenty years in pastoral care ministries.
