Kathryn Daniels

Kathryn is now accepting new clients with limited availability, at this time. Kathryn specializes in helping women, teens, and young adults navigating the impacts from trauma, stress and sexual abuse/abuse in a safe, compassionate space grounded in strength and resilience. Drawing on trauma-informed care, she works to help her clients understand how their experiences have shaped them while building self-compassion and the tools to move forward with purpose and freedom. As a certified sex and relationship therapist, Kathryn also supports relationships in deepening intimacy, communication, and connection through a judgment-free, affirming approach. Using evidence-based methods, she meets clients where they are and helps them reclaim their sense of self. Kathryn is currently accepting new clients and offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Whether individuals are navigating the aftermath of trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking to thrive beyond what's held them back, Kathryn's here to walk alongside you.
