I treat adult individuals, couples, poly relationships, and family systems in person and online in Portland, Oregon. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a clinical supervisor for therapists. I accept cash/credit card/HSA only, and though I don't work with insurance companies, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. I've been practicing therapy since 2022 and earned an MA in Couple & Family Therapy from Seattle University. I draw from a combination of therapy approaches: emotionally focused therapy; Gottman Research Methods; psychodynamic; narrative; and structural family therapy, depending on client needs. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and I have lived in Colorado, Arizona, Illinois, Washington, and Georgia. I've also worked abroad in Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Ireland. In my past life I was a creative writing professor in Tucson and Chicago, and hold other graduate degrees in film, poetry, and a doctorate in English.
