At heart, I think my work has to do with finding mercy-first for oneself, and then for others. Perhaps you are suffering because of long-held negative beliefs or expectations. Maybe you grew up in a household that negated your humanity, or had to keep secrets, or deal with trauma without help. Some part of you knows there's more to life. Together, we will reverently look at symptoms like depression, anxiety, insomnia, anger, passivity, and other life, work, or relationship issues through the lens of psychotherapy, somatic patterns, the nervous system, dreams, symbols, and language.
