About Jessica

I am currently not accepting new clients. I am a Psychologist, helping adults, teens and children ages 7 and older come up with ways of looking at themselves, others and the future that help them feel better about life. Anxiety can lead to avoidance of important activities, or just make life a lot less enjoyable. By overcoming issues such as generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, performance anxiety, anxiety about schoolwork and obsessive compulsive disorder, I help kids and adults live in ways that are more meaningful, fulfilling and enjoyable to them.
