Jessica Fox

I’m Jess Fox, a Mexican American, queer, kink-affirming LMFT Associate offering telehealth therapy throughout Oregon. I believe who we are, where we come from, and the systems and communities we move through are deeply connected to how we experience relationships.

I work primarily with couples and relationships navigating communication, attachment wounds, sex and intimacy, conflict, relationship transitions, and the desire to feel more connected. I especially enjoy working with queer, trans, and gender-expansive folks, BIPOC clients, neurodivergent relationships, and people exploring polyamory, non-monogamy, and kink.

My approach is warm, relational, curious, and direct. I draw from EFT, IFS, attachment, Gottman, somatic, and systemic approaches while paying attention to family, culture, identity, and intergenerational experiences.

I don’t believe any of us arrive at therapy “finished.” Whether you’re coming in on your own or with your partner(s), I want therapy to be a space where we can get curious about your story, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and help you say what’s hard without losing connection to yourself or the people you love.
