After more than fifteen years of working with individuals and families, I find most people simply want to be happier and have more love in their lives. While we cannot change what has happened in our past, we can intentionally take steps toward creating a more meaningful and satisfying present. We can transform pain into wisdom. My role is to support you in traveling your unique path through that transformation. As I get to know you, we will establish therapeutic approaches that work best for you. My areas of expertise include attachment theory and depth psychology. My own on-going professional training enables me to offer you proven therapies grounded in the fields of neuroscience, trauma and human development.
