I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples counseling for people who want to feel more connected, understood, and secure in their relationships. I help couples navigate communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, intimacy, and major relationship transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and attachment-focused, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), along with IFS-informed, mindfulness, somatic, and other evidence-based approaches. Rather than simply teaching couples to communicate better, I help partners understand the deeper emotional patterns that keep them stuck and create new ways of reaching for and responding to one another.
I provide online couples counseling throughout Oregon through my private practice, Empowering Love, LLC. I welcome couples from diverse backgrounds and relationship structures and strive to create a space where both partners feel respected, understood, and supported.
