I offer holistic, somatic, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy with a focus on resilience, integration, and self-trust. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or grieving. My clients often seek a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned. They want clarity, connection, and deep healing not just coping skills, but lasting change. If you're moving through trauma, identity shifts, or trying to make sense of a difficult psychedelic experience, you're not alone. I practice under supervision of a licensed clinical social worker as a part of Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
