About Heather

I am a Somatic Therapist and I help people get out of pain and decrease stress with coaching, movement and mindfulness. In Somatic Therapy, the focus is on the whole person: body, mind, spirit, and emotions. When we become more aware of how these things are interrelated we can begin to work with them and make changes. We practice being more present in the current moment through the conscious use of movement, stillness, and focus. Through this process, we can achieve optimal health and develop our full potential.
