About Flourish

My clinical approach incorporates Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and DBT techniques. The people I work with have made attempts to improve their lives, but still feel stuck. They may be overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, past trauma/painful experiences, or life's ongoing stress. They want to feel connected to themselves and others, outside of the impacts of persistent challenges. I help clients understand the intention of their symptoms/concerns as attempts to solve present or past problems rather than personal deficits. I support clients' identification of new coping skills, mindsets, and frameworks that help them exist in the world in a more authentic and rewarding way.
