About Erica

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of working in Oregon's helping professions. My journey began in early childhood education and family and human services after earning undergraduate degrees in both fields from the University of Oregon. Wanting to deepen my work with people, I went on to earn my Master of Social Work from Pacific University and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2016. One of my greatest joys is helping people discover their strengths and reconnect with themselves. In addition to providing therapy, I offer clinical supervision for licensure-track clinicians and love supporting new therapists, students, and interns as they grow into confident, authentic professionals. I also have a passion for working with therapists, as well as individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and the many transitions that life brings. I believe healing starts with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected. Building a trusting relationship is at the heart of my work, and I tailor therapy to fit each person's unique needs. My approach is grounded in Humanistic, Attachment, Person-Centered, and Systems theories, while also incorporating somatic work, mind-body awareness, and energy psychology. When it feels meaningful for a client, I enjoy weaving in tarot imagery, Jungian archetypes, shadow work, and spiritual exploration as tools for insight and growth. I especially enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and ready to create meaningful change. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a major life transition, or simply wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, my hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can feel supported, challenged with compassion, and empowered to move toward the life you want. When I'm not in the therapy office, you'll usually find me outside exploring the Pacific Northwest, tending my garden, traveling, or enjoying live music with my partner, children, and our animals. I believe we all heal in different ways, and for me, spending time in nature and connecting with the people I love is an important part of staying grounded.

Clinical Supervisor
As a clinical supervisor, I bring over 6 years of experience to this role. I love supporting students, interns and associate therapist alike. I have advanced training in supervision and am able to supervise associates on the LCSW, LMFT and LPC tracks.
