I operate from a relational lens where we collaboratively work through difficult emotions by creating a way to honor the pain and difficulties and build a life that matters to you. My approach in this process is to foster a sense of safety, acceptance, and curiosity. In our time together, you will have the opportunity to share your story; to be heard and to be known. I will offer you skills to help with the entanglement of thoughts and to foster self-compassion and mindfulness as we move towards a meaningful life. I primarily work with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, self-worth, and relationship dynamics.
