About Elysia

While I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to address the individual needs of clients, my work often draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy ( EMDR). Sometimes we get stuck. We’ve done everything we know to help ourselves, then comes a time when we need some extra support to figure out the rest. Counseling can be a place to gain clarity about your challenges and develop the skills to get unstuck. I support teens, adults and families struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors.
