I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which deep, lasting, positive changes emerge. Anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions can prevent you from living a full life. I can help you increase your self confidence, overcome the effects of trauma, resolve past hurts and conflicts, develop confidence in yourself as a good friend and loving partner, change old patterns, and balance career and personal choices. I provide an atmosphere of acceptance and curiosity where hurts and conflicts are released, and confidence, insight, trust, and wisdom are strengthened.
