I am a resident psychologist and licensed professional counselor currently under supervision of a licensed psychologist. I specialize in neurodiversity, gender diversity, eating disorders, and coping with chronic health conditions. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and am currently licensed in Oregon (LPC) and Washington (LMHC).
I am social justice-oriented, psychodynamic in orientation, and utilize evidence-based practices such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR. I like to get at the root of things and appreciate deep, identity-based work that is contingent on a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in which respect and autonomy are the foundation of our connection.
Finding a therapist can be a challenging experience. My goal is to cultivate a positive therapeutic experience in which you feel seen and heard.
