I have extensive experience working with individuals with anxiety and depression. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, focusing each therapy session on your unique needs. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reshape unhelpful thought patterns.
