About Chris

I utilize evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS); Play Therapy, EFT, and narrative/psychodynamic therapy. Therapy can often be a confusing and intimidating process. I strive to bring compassion, clarity, efficiency, and proficiency to the therapeutic counseling process. Many clients have expressed Heartwood Therapeutics’ process as “refreshing” and “relieving”. While I built my practice working with children/teens/adolescents and their families; my practice has evolved and I work with clients of diverse age/backgrounds and needs. This includes adults, first responders, athletes, and those experiencing TBI. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, ADHD, ASD, neurodevelopmental and adjustment stressors.
